Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Flashscore Outreach (the "service") you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and have authority to bind the organisation on whose behalf you register.
3. Account
- Keep credentials confidential and enable two-factor authentication.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any breach.
4. Licence & Ownership
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service.
All software, logos and content remain our property or that of our licensors.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- send unsolicited bulk e-mail or violate CAN-SPAM, EU ePrivacy, GDPR, UK PECR or similar laws
- upload personal data without a lawful basis or required consent
- attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
- infringe intellectual-property rights
- use the service for unlawful, harmful or discriminatory purposes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or Mailgun's policies.
6. Mailgun & Third-Party Services
The service synchronises your contact lists to Mailgun. Your use of Mailgun is governed by Mailgun's own terms. We are not liable for third-party services.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account.
We may terminate or suspend access with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breach.
Upon termination we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days unless law requires longer retention.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) is limited to the greater of (a) EUR 100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service, including claims related to unsolicited e-mail.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Hungarian law.
Exclusive jurisdiction: the competent courts of Budapest.
Nothing prevents us from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
