Platform Overview

is a unified workspace for planning, executing, and tracking digital PR and link-building campaigns across nine European markets. It provides secure Google OAuth sign-in, GDPR-compliant contact handling, and an intuitive dashboard to keep you focused on outreach—not on tooling.

Getting Started

1. Visit the Platform Home and click Sign in with Google.
2. Authorise your Google account to access the platform.
3. On first login you'll be asked to select your market and team type from the available campaign types.
4. Save your profile—your personalised dashboard appears.

That's it! You're ready to build your first contact list.

Your Dashboard

The dashboard is your mission control. From here you can:

• See market-specific stats at a glance.
• Jump directly to Contact Lists or Active Campaigns.
• Review your recent activity log for quick auditing.
• Access the in-app documentation any time via the top menu.

Managing Contact Lists

Lists act as containers for journalist or webmaster contacts. Each list belongs to a specific market and can be safely shared with colleagues who have access to that market.

• Create a list — Give it a descriptive name and optional description. The platform automatically provisions the corresponding list in Mailgun.
• Edit a list — Update the name, description, or market assignment any time.
• Delete a list — Removes it from both the platform and Mailgun (requires confirmation).
• Sync counts — Refresh member counts from Mailgun with a single click.

Managing Contacts

Contacts live exclusively inside Mailgun; the platform never stores personal data locally, ensuring full GDPR compliance.

• Add contacts individually or import via CSV.
• Edit contacts inline via modal windows—update names, outlets, or custom fields.
• Move contacts between lists (with automatic validation).
• Delete contacts irreversibly when no longer needed.

Campaigns (Coming Soon)

Phase 3 introduces a full Campaign Builder with template support, scheduling, and engagement tracking. Keep an eye on the roadmap for release updates 🚧
